We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented full-time Production Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are eager to grow within a specialized field.
Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Ability to lift at least 55 lbs

Able to stand, bend, and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift

Comfortable wearing PPE, which mayinclude face shields, respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, and hearing protection

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Basic collaboration and communication skills

Reliable transportation to and from work
-
Weekend and overtime availability required.
Job Responsibilities

Stage and prepare components for coating
-
Handle components after coating and perform Virtual Masking operations

Monitor production lines and promptly report any equipment or material issues

Wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols, work instructions, and SOPs

Maintain accurate production records and timekeeping

Pay Range & Shift Details
$21-$25/hour
Full-time: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Monday through Friday
Weekends and overtime as needed based on production demands
