We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented full-time Production Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are eager to grow within a specialized field.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience 

  • Ability to lift at least 55 lbs 

  • Able to stand, bend, and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift 

  • Comfortable wearing PPE, which mayinclude face shields, respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, and hearing protection 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions 

  • Basic collaboration and communication skills 

  • Reliable transportation to and from work 

  • Weekend and overtime availability required.​

Job Responsibilities

  • Stage and prepare components for coating

  • Handle components after coating and perform Virtual Masking operations

  • Monitor production lines and promptly report any equipment or material issues

  • Wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols, work instructions, and SOPs

  • Maintain accurate production records and timekeeping

  • Foster a positive and professional work environment

  • Adhere to all company policies and quality standards

Pay Range & Shift Details

$21-$25/hour

Full-time: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Monday through Friday
Weekends and overtime as needed based on production demands
