Surgical Coatings, LLC is a leader in polymer coating services for the medical device industry. For over a quarter century we have developed and applied some of the most advanced polymer coatings for surgical, electrosurgical and medical products. At Surgical Coatings, we specialize in high-volume medical device manufacturing, delivering mission critical coatings to our customers. We are looking for a Manufacturing Manager to oversee production at our new facility in Littleton, CO.
Job Requirements
• Extensive experience in the implementation and management of ERP systems.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, production operations, or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing team members and maximizing their potential.
• Experience with EN 13485 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments, including finance, accounting, and R&D.
• Ability to interface effectively with customers and vendors.
• Expertise in managing and defining processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead all manufacturing operations with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
• Foster and maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
• Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and manage manufacturing team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify, address, and mitigate manufacturing challenges.
• Streamline and oversee workflow processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Pay Range
$95K to $130K depending on experience
